We currently bring together 120+ technology companies employing over half of the sector's workforce.
We bring together the startup and tech community, sharing knowledge and experiences to drive faster growth and collaboratively solve challenges. Through public projects and initiatives, we promote the creation of startups and successful tech companies, the expansion of the labour market, and a growing pool of skilled talent.
Our goals are to cultivate a vibrant, highly engaged Unicorns Lithuania member community that drives collaboration and innovation, and to position the ICT sector as Lithuania’s leading economic contributor, aiming for it to generate at least 20% of the country's GDP.
We represent the startup and tech industry’s interests in decision-making processes, fostering relationships with institutions, interest groups, and partners. By working together, we drive initiatives that bring about transformative change in areas like education reform, policy development, and support for businesses.
Our goals are to make Lithuania the global leader in unicorns per capita, and to rank Lithuania’s education system among the top 3 in Europe, as measured by the PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) rankings.
