"AI already performs many technical tasks, advises customers on product purchases, and resolves common inquiries. However, the AI era brings even more opportunities and more ambitious goals requiring experienced and skilled professionals to make them a reality,” said Hostinger CEO Daugirdas Jankus.
He assures that the company's AI solutions are primarily aimed at improving the customer experience and making various tools even easier to use. Daugirdas Jankus says that these solutions are not intended to replace existing employees, but rather to create new opportunities for professional growth. Chat assistant Kodee successfully handles simple customer tasks, allowing customer success team to focus on complex issues and developing innovative solutions. According to Daugirdas Jankus, some of the employees who started their careers in the customer success team are now programmers or developers of cybersecurity products.
AI drives new career opportunities
This year, Hostinger plans to develop new AI solutions to make it even faster and easier for customers to succeed online. To harness AI’s potential, the company is recruiting for various positions, including experienced front-end, back-end, and PHP developers, product designers, and systems engineers.
The marketing team is looking for colleagues to help further expand into existing markets and unlock new ones, as well as to work globally on TV, radio advertising, and digital marketing. There are also open positions in the partnerships, content creation, and design teams.
According to Daugirdas Jankus, one of Hostinger’s core objectives is to ensure that every employee grows both professionally and personally. Analyzing employee survey data, it is evident that a large proportion of employees choose to pursue a career at Hostinger because of its strong learning culture and the learning opportunities the company provides – from participation in global conferences and internal academies to strong support and mentoring from managers to develop professional knowledge. The freedom and responsibility to create your own working conditions and the opportunity to implement your own projects are also among the company's key strengths.
Hostinger was founded in Lithuania in 2004. The international team currently consists of around 900 professionals, with 400 based in Lithuania. For the fifth consecutive year, Hostinger has been featured in the Financial Times’ annual FT 1000 ranking of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. Not only is the company's business consistently growing, but so is Hostinger's brand awareness – according to Google Trends, it is now the second most searched hosting provider in the world.
